I am moving very slowly today...

Running 17 kilometres will do that to a guy.

I didn't run the whole 17 km, I walked a fair bit probably a Kilometre or Kilometre and a half, but it's still a damned long way. Small wonder I was in agony every time I had to go up the stairs today.

The silly thing is, it's not the kind of training I need to be doing. I need to be doing anerobic training, sprints and stairs, speed work. I have more aerobic base than I need. Once I'm at Depot, I'm only expected to run 15 to 20 KM a week, plus whatever my instructors throw at us.
